COMPUTER EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

▪ Full knowledge of Windows Office Suite; particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
▪ Full knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and telehealth.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Education: Masters Prepared and Certified Nurse Practitioner- Registration and Licensure by the State of Florida
Board of Registered Nursing is required.

▪ Solid knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and telehealth.
▪ Perform Specimen collection/ Blood and Urine for STD/HIV Testing
▪ Strong knowledge of PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis)
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
▪ Highly organized and a proven strategic thinker with ability to engage and motivate teams
▪ Strong work ethic; excellent interpersonal and influential skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Education: Masters Prepared and Certified Nurse Practitioner- Registration and Licensure by the State of Florida
Board of Registered Nursing is Required.

Experience: Two or more (2+) years of professional work experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
Experience in the care and treatment of HIV and HEP C, and STI transmission in a primary healthcare setting is
highly preferred.

Certification(s): Relevant certification (e.g. National Phlebotomy Certification) is preferred

▪ Proven professional work experience as a Nurse Practitioner involved in the care and treatment of HIV, HEP C, and STI

transmission in the medical field
▪ 2 years of experience in primary health care setting
▪ 1 year of Disease Intervention or related field and/or equivalent professional experience.
▪ Proof of continued education such as certifications
▪ 1 year of extensive working knowledge of STD’s/HIV/HEP C
