▪ Considerable knowledge of functions of Social Service that involves working with, communicating with, and
teaching people. These occupations often involve helping or providing service to others.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work or related field is preferred.

Experience: Two or more (2+) years of professional work experience as a Patient Outreach Coordinator
working with HIV Positive, drug addicts, and prevention of STD’s, is highly preferred.
