Outreach Driver

Standard Operating Procedure

Type of SOP: As an Outreach Driver, you are responsible to ensure that the patient is transported safely to the
area clinic. All safety precautions must be taken to ensure that you are meeting all protocol established by IMG
and within compliance. Also maintain your responsibility in seeking out patients and make the necessary visits
to our affiliate sites.

Purpose: To improve the health, wellbeing, and satisfaction of patients living with chronic and complex
diseases Such as HIV / AIDS and or Hepatitis C; monitor patient compliance with current disease specific
clinical guidelines; educate patients and their families on their specific disease processes, and provide ongoing
assessment, monitoring, and re-evaluation of health related needs.

Protocol/Procedure:

• Fill up gas at end of shift daily not at the beginning- Use gas Manager
• Clean out all garbage and wipe down interior of vehicle at end of shift
• Do a walk around car before and after shift to ensure no new scratches/ bumps you did not know of-
please report this with pictures to Frantzy
• If you get in an accident- please let Frantzy know immediately If you get an alert that you vehicle needs
to be serviced- please let Frantzy know immediately so we can schedule this for you
• Send picture of your Patient List daily to Frantzy
