Site Manager
Standard Operating Procedure
Type of SOP: The Manager, Disease Intervention (Site Manager) reports directly to the Director of Clinical
Operations. Site managers are responsible for creating and keeping community partnerships for testing sites,
outreach opportunities, and referral of patients.
Purpose: To improve the health, wellbeing, and satisfaction of patients living with chronic and complex
diseases Such as HIV / AIDS and or Hepatitis C; monitor patient compliance with current disease specific
clinical guidelines; educate patients and their families on their specific disease processes, and provide ongoing
assessment, monitoring, and re-evaluation of health related needs.
