Minutes of 309th Regular Meeting
(Year Launching Meeting)

Held on 04.07.2020
Zoom Cloud Video Meeting, at 7.30 pm

1. With greetings Immediate Past President Rtr. Shakouwat Hossain Riyad called the
meeting to order.
2. Rtr. Raihanul Karim recited some verses from the Holy Quran.
3. National Anthem was performed by all participants.
4. Rtr. Jubayer Alam read out the Rotaract Invocation.
5. IPP introduced Honorable Rotarians, all the club members, visiting Rotaractors and
guests.

6. IPP Rtr. Shakouwat Hossain Riyad handed over the Collar to the new President Rtr.
Riajur Rahman.

7. New secretary Rtr. Mishal Roy was handed over the Secretarial Bag.
8. President Rtr. Riajur Rahman was handed over the floor. He then introduced the new
board with a welcome speech.
9. Rtr. Raihan, Rtr, Bushra, Rtr. Nazmul delivered welcome speech from the new
board.
