Minutes of 310th Regular Meeting

(Rotary, Rotaract and Interact Joint Meeting)

Held on 09.07.2020
Zoom Cloud Video Meeting, at 7.30 pm

1. With greetings Rotary President Rtn. Rashedul Amin called the meeting to order.
2. Rtn. Azizul Islam Babul read out the Rotary Invocation.

3. President introduced all honorable Rotarians and visiting guests.
4. President handed over the floor to the Rotaract President Rtr. Riajur Rahman.
5. Rtr. Raihan read out the Rotaract Invocation.
6. Rtr. Jubayer conducted a club service project which was a Quiz competition. The
winner was Rtr. Nazmul.
7. President handed over the floor to the Interact President.
8. President introduced the all present Interactors.
9. Then the floor handed over to the Rotary President.

10. Guest speaker Md. Jamal Uddin conducted a session about “How to spend quality
time in lockdown”.
11. Rotarians reported their project.

12. Having no other agenda President adjourned the meeting.
