10. Rtr. Jubayer Alam conducted a club service project on “Guessing the sound and
finding the game name from given clues”. The winner is Rtr. Nazmul Zabed.
11. A professional service project was hosted by PP Rtr. Abu Taleb. It was a session on
"Importance of extra-curricular activities in student life".

12. Monthly Bulletin of July-20 was published and distributed among the participants
by the Editor Rtr. Jahedul Islam.
13. IPP Rtr. Shakouwat Hossain, PP Rtr. Momen Uddin Chy, PP Rtr. Mishuk Roy, PP
Rtr. Ameer Khasru, PP Rtr. Abu Taleb welcomed the new board through their
instructive speeches.

14. President Rtr. Riajur Rahman showed his year plan.
15. Rtr. Musaddikul Islam delivered the sergeant report.
16. Secretary announcement and visiting announcement was delivered.

17. On the request of the President, Rtr. Sahinoor offered the vote of thanks.
18. Having no other agenda President adjourned the meeting.
