BEHAVIOURAL CODE
The company will impose a zero tolerance approach to Health and Safety
breaches;
• Yellow card, minor breach. Offender will be issued with an informal warning;
● Red card, serious breach. Offender may be suspended. Will be required to
attend a disciplinary hearing that could lead to sanctions up to and
including dismissal.
