SUMMARY OF CONTROL MEASURES:-
● heck for existing services and check layout
drawings;
● Provide barriers and safety warning signage
to task work area & open electrical panels;
● Before back into use, replace guards and
prevent access to live electrical panels;
● Test the circuit to ensure all electrical
connections are safe;
● Replace all guards, close electrical panels,
remove barriers and safety signage;
● Sign off electrical Test Certificate and issue
to the client;
● Close out Permit-to-Work and communicate
the work equipment is safe to use.
