Continuous Improvement






























   Overview:
   Vincent  has  over  sixteen  years  experience  in  successfully
   developing continuous  improvement programmes that have
   encouraged employee participation, engagement and a strong
   “can do” culture.

   The  continuous  improvement  programmes  are  based  upon
   the findings of the risk assessments, company objectives and
   inspections,  underpinned  by  a  robust  risk  management
   foundation.  Vincent  works  closely  with  directors  to  advise
   them  on  the  Health  and  Safety  strategic  direction  of  the
   business  and  the  effectiveness  of  the  continuous
   improvement programme.

   Effectiveness  of  the  continuous  improvement  programme
   depends  on  the  commitment  of  the  management  team,
   therefore  he  works  closely  with  the  management  team  to
   provide professional guidance, advice and support.
   Achievements

     ● Improved  standards  and  legal  compliance  through  a
        programme of training, coaching and monitoring.
     ● Involved  team  leaders  and  employees  in  near  miss
        reporting.
     ● Ensured  any  complaints  were  dealt  with  as  soon  as
        possible, most were addressed within 48 hours.
     ● Significantly  reduced  accidents,  incidents  and  near
        misses.
     ● Improved the selection and management of contractors.
     ● Improved efficiencies in production process and reduced
        wastage.
     ● Improved management of contractors.
     ● Developed interactive RAMS with allows video content.
     ● Encouraged a “can do” attitude and employee
        participation in resolving HSEQ problems.
