Managing Risk

Overview:
One of Vincent’s key skills is risk management. He has
accumulated several years experience in different industries
which has helped him through his career and help managers
to not only identify hazards, but to consider cost-effective
solutions. He developed a tool for helping anyone to prepare
comprehensive Risk Assessment with minimal knowledge of
managing risks.

Achievements
● In all cases, managed to reduce the business and Health
& Safety risk exposure.
● Developed an intuitive risk assessment that helps
anyone prepare a suitable and sufficient risk
assessments.
● Developed Safe System of Work format that can include
speech and video media content.
● Clearly identifies individual responsibilities.
● Improved legal compliance.
● Introduced bespoke monitoring systems that enables
monitoring of performance and rapidly improves
safety standards.
● Most managers buy-in to performance monitoring
because of its simplicity and it quickly identifies
targets to focus on.
