Manufacturing

Overview:
Vincent has 12 years manufacturing experience including
work with high-risk bituminous products, architectural glazing
and the manufacture of parts for the medical, aerospace and
the automotive industries. This included developing PUWER,
machinery and operational risk assessments.

Working at a strategic operational level he introduced systems
and procedures to ensure the companies he worked for were
legally compliant, working towards best practice.

Achievements
● Developed robust Business Management Systems.
● Improved standards and legal compliance through a
programme of training, coaching, and monitoring.
● Significantly reduced accidents, incident & near misses;
● Developed and successfully implemented an effective
continuous improvement programme that improved
working conditions and a strong HSEQ culture.
● Introduced efficiencies in the production process and
reduced wastage.
● Obtained ISO 9001: 2008 & 2015 accreditations.

● G12 Glazing Industry “Safety Initiative of the
Year” award.
● European Agency for Health and Safety at
Work “Good Practice” award.
