Overview:
Vincent has experience in the manufacture of on-site
installation of modular (pod) housing.

Factory manufacturing of modular housing pods has the
benefit of reduced on site costs, rapid build programme and
high precision quality.
Vincent worked on a short-term contract and was brought in
to improve standards and the Safety Culture within the
business.

Achievements
● Reduced accidents, incidents and near misses.
● Improved legal compliance through robust and effective
monitoring.
● Introduced document control by developing a database
Content Management System (CMS).
● Challenged current site working practices and introduced
safer working methods for the installation of the “pods”
onsite.
● Introduced team leader monitoring that improved safety
standards and the development of the safety culture.
● Significantly improved housekeeping standards by 90%.
