Overview:
● Steel framed structure with insulated panels.

● Significant M&E works.

Vincent was the lead Health and Safety Manager working with
6 other Safety Managers covering the final stages of two
phases of the project, both valued at £340 million. This was
a fast-paced project employing in excess of 1500 workers.
● One of the key objectives was to maintain the high
standards of Health and Safety during the final stages
of the project.
● Endeavouring to exceed the clients expectations for
the safe execution of the project.
● Assisting contractors to meet company standards.
● Engaging with contractors and supervisors to improve
coordination and planning of tasks.
● Reducing accidents, incidents and near misses
through engaging with the supply chain contractors.
● Improving standards through targeted monitoring
identified by Health and Safety inspection reports.
