each Monday at 11am sharp and finish at
11:15am. This time slot needs to be strictly
adhered to. The crew supervisor to ensure
their full crew are in attendance.

• Numbers attending each tool box talk
should be kept to 15-20 people.

• Tool Box Talks should be delivered by the
crews supervision not HSE.

• Use visual aids where possible to support
information being delivered.

• Make sure all employees are engaged. Ask
them questions to ensure they have heard
the message.

• Elicit feedback from the crews and record.
