Whiteboards




                White Board Meeting Purpose
                •     The daily white board meeting is a key process in
                      communicating important site / area specific information to
                      the workforce. If the process is utilised correctly key
                      information can be communicated effectively to the
                      workforce.

                •     It’s intention is to:
        13.  Communication
                •     Communicate safety issues / security concerns / learnings
                      from the previous day’s activities.

                •     Contractors to share learnings arising from any incidents
                      they experience
                •     Communicate and coordinate cranage activity.

                •     Communicate key med / high risk activities that can have a
                      wider impact on the site/building.
                •     Communicate logistics items. Access and egress routes,
                      particular areas of concern, pinch points etc.….
                •     Coordinate works among trades where pinch points are
                      identified.

                •     Communicate specific deliveries and activities that may
                      have a wider effect on other trades i.e. major equipment,
                      floor painting, x-ray, pressure testing etc.….

                •     Look ahead to upcoming works.
                •     Coordinate overhead works and management of MEWP
                      activities.

                •     Manage housekeeping activities.
