Chocking vehicles




                •     All unattended vehicles must be
                      chocked, where there is a risk of
                      the vehicle moving i.e. parked on

                      a slope.

                •     Never use make-shift chocks i.e.
                      bits of timber.

                •     Always chock with the tapered

                      end of the chock to at least one of
        10. Vehicles  •  the rear wheels.



                      Make sure to apply the chock to
                      the right side of the wheel. (In-
                      front of the wheel in the direction

                      the vehicle will roll.)
