                             MR. KEN BURGESS
                             Ken currently serves as Chairman of the Corporation for American Banking (an
                             American Bankers Association subsidiary) and was past Chairman of the Community
                             Bankers Council of the American Bankers Association. He also serves as Treasurer and
                             Board Member of the Texas Bankers Association.


                             MR. BRIEN O’CONNOR
                             Brien has been in the insurance industry since 1985.  As one of the few agents in the
                             nation specializing in financial institutions, Brien brings a vast knowledge relating to
                             policies critical to a bank’s financial well-being.  Brien has lectured across the country
                             and is considered an expert on a wide range of issues.



                             MR. KAMAL MUSTAFA
                             With a banking career spanning more than 40 years, Kamal Mustafa is a major thought
                             leader in the banking and finance industries. As the former head of global M&A for
                             Citibank and now armed with the Invictus Group’s risk analytics, he is uniquely qualified
                             to give strategic insights to the community bank market. He founded Invictus in 2008,
                             and serves as chairman and CEO.

                             MR. CHRIS R. MYKLEBUST
                             Mr. Myklebust was appointed as the State Bank Commissioner on July 8, 2015. As
                             the State Bank Commissioner, he is responsible for all examination and enforcement
                             functions of the Division of Banking.




                             MR. GARY TEKOLSTE
                             Gary is an Assistant Deputy Comptroller with the Office of the Comptroller of the
                             Currency under the U.S. Department of Treasury, and is assigned to manage the Denver
                             Field Office. In this position, he is responsible for supervising a portfolio of federally
                             chartered community banks and thrifts located throughout the mountain west.



                             MR. MARK DRISCOLL
                             Mark joined First National Bank in 1980. During his tenure at the bank, he has served
                             various management and lending roles, and most recently as President of First National
                             Bank’s Colorado locations. He currently serves on many not-for-profit boards. Mark
                             received his B.A. in Business Administration and M.B.A. from Colorado State University.
