MR. JARED PAWELKA
Jared Pawelka is an Associate Director with Premier Consulting Partners, which
specializes in meeting banks capital needs. With admiration for several family mentors
that documented the building of large businesses, Jared has built several companies
and always had an affinity for enterprising business owners.

MR. T.W. SHANNON
T.W. Shannon is a Managing Director with Premier Consulting Partners, which
specializes in meeting banks capital needs. T.W. is responsible for fostering
relationships and growing the portfolio or services offered. Through his hard work
and dedication, T.W. has managed public relations for many prominent figures and
business leaders.

MS. DENYETTE DEPIERRO
Denyette DePierro joined the American Bankers Association in March 2008. Prior to
joining ABA, Denyette was Legislative Counsel at the Independent Community Bank-
ers of America (ICBA) in Washington, D.C. and the California Independent Bankers in
Newport Beach, California. Denyette received her J.D. and M.DR from the Pepperdine
School of Law, where she was a fellow at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.

MR. ADAM ROTH
Adam Roth is an information security specialist at Dynamic Solutions International, a
43-year-old organization deeply rooted in virtual tape library technology and storage.
He works primarily with clients in high-compliance industries like financial, healthcare,
and defense. He provides clients with recommendations to not only maintain
compliance, but also to increase security.

MR. SCOTT WOLTER
While working his “day job” as a world-renowned forensic geologist and serving as
president of the Minnesota-based American Petrographic Services, Scott Wolter began
developing a new science called archaeopetrography-a process used to date and
understand the origins of mysterious stone artifacts and sites.

MR. DAVID KELLY
David Kelly is the Chief Risk Officer for FirstBank Holding Company. His responsibilities
include the development, implementation, and ongoing management of all enterprise
risk management processes for the company. David has over 23 years of experience
in the financial services industry at FirstBank, with over 20 years of experience in
compliance and risk management.
