                • Legislation could move many of the Director’s powers to a commission or board
                • Legislation could make CFPB’s budget subject to Congressional oversight
                • CFPB could be defunded completely ($0) by the Congressional reconciliation process

           REP. PERLMUTTER ON MARIJUANA BILL
           Introduce bill soon, almost identical to last year; CBA suggested changes.
