Bio: I started with Essex in 2015 and have worked as a leasing agent in both Seattle and
Southern California regions in San Diego and Orange County. I was promoted to an
Assistant Manager in 2018 and currently work at one of our Bothell, WA properties. I
love working with Essex because I feel this company truly takes care of their employees
and it’s one of the best work environments I have been in. I love that they encourage us
Lauren to learn more and promote within.
