Some dogs had a bit of a howl when the Dogparents left - wondering if they

would ever come back - and depending on how they were feeling on the day -
others would often join in.

The day passed and late afternoon saw everyone having a snooze in various

spots. Bonsai liked to go off to the laundry and have a snooze on his own.
Sophie sometimes didn't get out of bed at all, Rosie liked the Dogfather's

chair, Maisie always preferred to be outside, Chloe would sleep on the top of
the Dogmother's chair, Tucker liked a crate where he knew none of the others

could get in his space and bother him.
