Dear fellow students,

As the chairman of the student union, I am writing to you

today to bring attention to the issue that concerns us all: the

disorderly use of shared bicycles on campus.

While shared bicycles have brought great convenience to

our lives, the random parking is causing great inconvenience to

pedestrians, and affects the campus environment. To maintain an

orderly campus environment, we urge all students to ride shared

bicycles in a civilized way. Specifically, we request that students

park bicycles in designated areas, ride the bike on designated

bicycle lanes and observe road safety rules.
