               Dear Ryan,


                       I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to share



               some thoughts on the proposed method of random pairing


               for our oral English practice.



                       While  I  appreciate  the  effort  you  have  made  to



               improve  our  speaking  skills,  I  believe  that  random


               grouping  may  not  be  the  most  effective  approach.  For



               instance,  students  with  higher  English  proficiency  may


               take  over  the  conversation,  leaving  their  partners  with



               limited chances to speak. No doubt, this will hinder their



               progress.


                       To  address  these  concerns,  I  suggest  grouping



               students  based  on  their  English  proficiency  levels.  This



               way, students can learn from each other more effectively.


                       I believe that by taking these factors into account, we



               can  create  a  more  effective  learning  environment  for



               everyone. Thank you for considering my suggestions.
