I can't forget this moment when I saw
my younger cousins go on stage to
receive an award along with my aunt;
And there I was just sitting there
admiring them then I looked at my
mom and saw her eyes that speaks like
she wanted to experience to be on
stage and be proud of her kid. That's
when I’ve start to get motivated. I
started to study well the following
years.
My work paid off as every year I got an
award. Fast forward to present, there
had been a lot of struggles I’ve
encountered, countless sleepless nights
and countless break down. I guess
that's another story to tell but here I
am a licensed medical technologist and
currently a fourth year Medical Student
or a Clinical Clerk.
My take home message here is remove
your self-doubt and believe in yourself,
in your abilities and your own potential
that you will achieve what you never
thought is possible.
Your dream is bigger than your self-
doubt, remind yourself of that each and
every day because you are worthy of all
that you dream of and hope for.
Just keep doing the best that you can,
you've got what it takes and you're
going to make it. And always remind
yourself to pray because God is the
best support you have and you'll be
amazed on how wonderful his plans
are for you.
