The building is situated in
front of former military ba-
racks, which provides some
good examples of what we
will refer to in this booklet
as “unwelcoming elements”.
It is surrounded by long and
high sealed walls, and cur-
rently only has two (gated)
entrances. Even though the
premises - temporarily oc-
cupied by SeeU - are public,
to enter from the side of
Fritz Toussaint street, one
must pass a STOP sign, bar-
riers and a building with the
logo of the federal police.
