Gargeean

The Gargeean is an annual event that re ects the spirit of Kuwaiti heritage and brings together members of
the school community in an atmosphere of joy and connection. EPG schools transform into vibrant "candy
palaces," where students, parents, and staff wear traditional clothes and engage in traditional melodies,
games, and recreational activities, creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement.

The Gargeean celebration at EPG schools is more than just an event; it is a valuable opportunity to strengthen
the bonds between students, their families, and the wider school community. This celebration plays a key role
in creating an educational environment rich in social and cultural values. By honouring these time-honoured
traditions, EPG ensures that its students' learning experiences are well-rounded, incorporating both intellectual
growth and a deep appreciation for their cultural heritage—both of which are essential to shaping their
identities.
