Note Taking: One way of achieving quality and productive study is to make shorthand,
concise, hand written notes to abbreviate what is being read. These notes can be words or
phrases preferably not long or full sentences. Each new point should be written on a new line.
This should result in one page of text being condensed down to about 10 to 15 lines.
T To make sure these notes are not just words on a page forgotten when written, do the
           following:

           ● read what you’ve written
           ● turn over the page to hide what you’ve read
           ● repeat what you can remember out loud
           ● check how much you remembered
           ● pay attention to what you forgot and try again

           Hearing
Hearing yourself say it outloud helps the brain process the information better. This practice
works best with text based subjects.
