Mission trips to many parts of Indonesia had still showed strongly effects and
impacts of the 1998-1999 economic crisis to many visited areas. Nevertheless the
local pastors and their congregations showed strong fervours and big longings to seek
God’s face. The great hungers of God’s word and touchings were strongly sensed in
many visited and served areas. Almost every month NJE team traveled to each
province, except in December and January due to Christmas activities and NJE Annual
Gathering, in average 10 times each year. Some healings, and some obstructions and
hindrances as well, happened in the crusades in some areas. Some examples are
given below.
