(c) The 1 Respondent shall retain possession and ownership of the partially-built Villa and shall

be entitled to dispose of it in any manner it thinks fit.

(d) The Claimant shall have no further right in the Villa or any other right under the Agreement,
save for what is stipulated in this Award.

(e) The 2 Respondent is not jointly or severally liable with the 1 Respondent to the Claimant

and the Claim against the 2 Respondent is dismissed.
(f) The Claimant and the 1 Respondent shall bear the costs of the arbitration proceedings equally.

These costs shall include the arbitrators’ fees, costs and expenses of the arbitration as specified
by the Thai Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary.

(g) The Claimant and the 1 Respondent shall pay their own lawyers’ fees and absorb their other

costs and expenses.

(h) All other claims and requests are rejected.
