                      And in legal prose we necessarily come upon jargon, technical terms, more often
                      than we do in scientific; one would not like to bet that after reading the
                      judgement we should all of us know exactly how far we were responsible for
                      the injury an infant did to himself when playing on our ground; nevertheless it

                      is to scientific prose (rather than purely technical) that legal prose can best be
