Abstract
Considered as one of the hubs for commercial surrogacy in the past,
Thailand had tried hard to contribute progress on resolving this legal loophole
by legislating and enact legal regulations toward this issue. However, the
conflict over the legal enforcement over the claim to parent-child born
surrogacy still appears before the courts from time to time. As one of the
developing countries, Thailand thus leaving disputes to the judiciary such as
