                        This article will lead the reader to acknowledge more about the

                surrogacy process in Thailand which represented by legal history, the

                definition of it, ethics and social issues at the beginning point. Consequently,

                this work would discuss the resolution by legal instrument toward the

                surrogacy issue to provide the way to fulfill each family with guidelines. Those
                guidelines include the understanding of the scope of medical aspect on

                reproductive choice, the enforcement of surrogacy law, ethical concerns

                regarding the role of the attorney involved in surrogacy cases, the social
                benefits and harms created by the practice of surrogacy.


                        This paper will provide that such legislation should be amended and

                broadened the practice of surrogacy to increase the opportunity for to intended

                family. According to the existing surrogacy law, regulators are supposed to
                allow individuals to engage in parenting agreements, reform assumptions of

                the legal relationships between parties and provide legal professionals on

                ethics related to the surrogacy process. Further, regulatory guidelines would
                protect individual rights enable the completion of each family while pertaining

                the equalization to every group of people such as granting the right to access

                the surrogacy process to the LGBT as well.
