หัวหน้าศาลจึงต้องประพฤติและปฏิบัติตนให้เหมาะสม ยึดมั่นในหลักการ เมื่อต้องประสานงานกับ
หน่วยงานอื่น เพื่อให้เป็นที่ไว้วางใจของประชาชน

Abstract

Court is one organization in the judicial process, Organizations in judicial process

have their own role enacted by law. Although their power and duty are different, no
agencies or units exercise their power solely. It is unavoidable that the chief judge as head
of an official unit must connect with pubic prosecutor organization, policeman, legal

execution officer, probation officer, correction officer and lawyer. All agencies have already
abided by the law, supposing that there are no coordination and be in good relationship

with other agencies resulting in work’s problems and conflicts. The chief judge may
sometimes request all agencies for cooperating in conforming the law. As such, he should

create good relationship and cooperation in such a way that when assistance is needed
he will solve problems abruptedly and does not waste time to follow up. In each province,
there are other agencies which exist outside judicial process. Administrative is the core

agencies in each province which has Governor as a head. Every official units supervised by
Governor, including royal ceremony. Province is the host of ceremony while the court is

only a participant. In case the court is uncoordinated with province or has argument, the
chief judge or judge acting for the chief judge won’t be facilitated or be treated properly.
Other than administrative, local administration organization has an important role in

society, for example, provincial administration organization, municipality, subdistrict
administration organization. All sectors are fully with personnel and budget. Especially,

municipality is in every province and district. It is local agency being responsible for looking
after cleaning in its territories. In some courts situating in municipality’s area are necessarily
to cooperate in terms of landscape or cleaning in court’s area and personnel residence.

Nevertheless, the court is insufficient of budget and tool, therefore, the court ask for
collaboration from municipality. As aforementioned above, if the chief judge has good

relationship with City Mayor or personnel of municipality, he will receive good cooperation
vice versa. Besides, it is inevitable to coordinate with hospital for the interest of taking care
