A. Opinions & Thoughts
Opinion is a view or judgement not necessarily based on fact or knowledge. It is
related or similar to thought, which is ‘an idea produced by thinking or occurring
suddently in the mind. Each individual has his/her own opinion and thought about
everything. Opinion is a means to express thoughts or feelings about something.
These opinions can be about a person or thing. We can use collections express
opinions, for example strong argument, strong criticism, strong denial, strong opinion,
strong resistance, quite strongly.

Discussion text is a text which presents two
SPECIAL points of view of certain issue. In this kind of
text, the writer lists the arguments for and

arguments against. Arguments for the opinions
and thoughts of people who agree with the

issue while arguments against are the opinions

and thoughts of people who disagree with it. In
the end of the text, the writer may write a

conclusion based on both sides, and / or state
his / her position or opinion related to the issue

by providing a recommendation.
