ACCELERATES

Orlando kicked off the year with 13 installs
in January. In December, they qualified for
the 80’s club with an impressive 84 leaving
them ONE install away from tying with the
Dallas office for the #1 spot.
Orlando’s been an inspiring story to watch
thoughout the year. Their fearless leader,
Harold Peterson, battled COVID himself
and he and his team remained strong and
focused throughout. The team really hit
their stride in June with 49 installs and
PINPOINT never looked back. Alongside his Assistant
Sales Manager Dillon Mayeaux, who has
proven to be an instrumental asset to the
PERSEVERES team, and his newly promoted Strikeforce
member, Joshua Bowerstock, Harold and
his team have proven there is nothing they
can’t conquer. This is certainly a team to
watch in 2021!
PinPoint faced the largest challenge of all in 2020. A team that relies on getting
into a home to make a sale was inhibited from visiting homes amid the lockdowns.
But these guys did what they do best-they did whatever needed to be done to
make it happen! We saw innovation like never before with reps hitting the phone,
reaching out to their friends, family, neighbors in search of referrals. And even after
the lockdowns were lifted, this team still had to adjust to accommodate new regu-
lations and protocols surrounding PPE. Their agility really shined having proven
their ability to adapt and succeed under constantly changing conditions. The team
was put to the ultimate test, they persevered, and it’s left them stronger and more
united than ever.
PinPoint took advantage of the ‘down’ time and looked within to identify areas of
improvement so that when a sense of normalcy returned, they could step out with ANTHONY KWON
their best foot forward. The team banned together and focused on refining and
enhancing their training and coaching program to sharpen the skills of each team
member. The effort has proven effective as since April, the team has collectively #1 PINPOINT REP
broken 12 of their existing records. Incredible!
Anthony Kwon was the #1 Sales Rep within
PinPoint in 2020, finishing the year with an
DALLAS DOMINATION astounding 253 installations. Since joining
Bulldog in 2019, Anthony has helped to

There’s alot we can learn from Dallas’ proven leadership team consisting of
Brandon Boettcher (Sales Manager), Butch Strehlow (Assistant Sales Manager) and
Rodney Wagner (Strikeforce). This dynamic trio works in unison to empower their
team members to be top producers. These guys have not only mastered how to
coach and nurture their team, but go above and beyond in unifying them through
recognition, contests and awards. Given the success in delivering the Bulldog
model, Brandon often coahces and mentors his peers on the Sales Management
team, playing a critical part in shaping the future of the organization. Please join
