Performance
The entire Installation team deserves so much respect for how they handled RECORDS
themselves throughout the pandemic. When the world was afraid, our fearless
employees entered into homes, not knowing anything about it’s occupants, to INSTALL DIVISION
do their job in helping to keep them protected. These folks put others above
themselves, true heroes.
Amid the pandemic, the Installation team set their bar pretty high leaving 2020
having had the best year on record. In 2019, the team completed 5,935 installa-
tions with a $434 average and 37% goose. Total upsale revenue sold was $2.58M.
In 2020, the team completed 7,854 installations, grew their revenue by an incred-
ible 44% having sold $3.98M in additional protection equipment, brought their
average to over $500 and closed the gap on their goose rate with a 29.88% aver-
age. The team blew past every target it had set for the year having exceeded their
sales goal by $400,000 and sale average by $6.
