Talk to Spouse

STEP 1: Try to close the 1 legger down without the spouse

STEP 2: Try to get the spouse on the phone right then and there to close down the deal

if they will not sign up without their approval first

STEP 3: Try and close and get PPW done and spouse can cosign when they get home

STEP 4: If all previous steps don’t work, set up COME BACK APPOINTMENT later that

night to go over everything with both decision makers. DO NOT give out price

information until you come back!
