Q1 Overall Performance


          How did Bulldog stack up?

          Q1 proved to be a quarter of newsworthy accomplishments and continued growth
          as we continue to raise the bar in every category. In January, PinPoint’s team North
          set a new office record with 118 installs in a single month. Kim Skelton, Mentor in
          our Realtor division, tied Lisa Beeching’s long-standing record of 14 sales in a single
          week. Bulldog as a whole experienced explosive growth having significantly sur-
          passed 2020 and 2019 performances. In Q1, Bulldog protected 2,117 families. This
          reflects a 14% increase over Q1 2020 (1,863) and an impressive 112% increase from
          Q1 2019 (1,001). Breaking this down to reflect monthly growth, in January Bulldog
          protected 798 families which represents a 29% increase from 2020 (619) and a
          118% increase from 2019 (366). In February, Bulldog protected 596 families which
          represents a slight 9% decrease from 2020 (657) but an incredible 139% increase
          from 2019 (249). In March, Bulldog protected 723 families which represents a 23%
          increase from 2020 (587) and a 87% increase from 2019 (386).

          Customer-centricity proves effective

          In Q1, Bulldog averaged a 4.63 customer rating which is a true testiment
          to  the hard work and dedication of our employees across sales and install

          rate goal of 10% ending the quarter with 14% customer response. To give
          a glimpse into customer sentiment, here’s a list of the highest volume
