90-120 Day Story

Relocation Manager: “The problem with this is, the thieves know this too and

that’s what makes you a target. You see, you’re most vulnerable to a break-in

within the first 90-120 days of ownership. Why is that? It’s a public record the

home has changed hands. Today, the thieves will use the internet to compile a list

of homes that just closed in areas like yours that they are interested in and drive by

and look for the ones that aren’t monitored. Or worse yet, like yours, still have the

old sign out front from the previous owner. That’s a dead giveaway to a thief. A

change of ownership and no new monitoring sign means that someone like me

hasn’t been by to get you set back up with protection.”
