W: The woman is optimistic about the new “q비et hours." She thinks there are pros and cons to the new policy,
but she is mainly optimistic as she believes it will enable a better environment for studying. At the moment,
she has trouble studying when it’s noisy. She also likes to sleep well before she goes to work on Saturdays
and knows that other students have jobs and do sports on the weekend . So she also likes that the quiet
hours happen on the weekends, too. She thinks the other students can still have fun they just need to be
aware of others and be respectful to those who need the quiet time to study or sleep
