                  At the arrival






                     (Attention all passengers of Korean Airlines flight 767 from Los Angeles to Seoul, please proceed to carousel 8 to
                     claim your luggage.)

                     (Mr. Kim approached the security guard)
                  A:  Excuse me sir, may I ask where your customer service station is?
                  B:  Yes sir, is there anything wrong?
                  A:  Yeah, I have been waiting for almost an hour but my luggage has not arrived yet.
                  B:  I am sorry for the inconvenience sir. Please follow me.

                     (At the customer service station)
                  A:  Excuse me ma’am, I am Mr. Kim Dong Su. I am a passenger of fl ight 767 from Los Angeles. I have been waiting
                     here for almost an hour to claim my check-in luggage, but I could not fi nd it. Can you please trace where my
                     luggage is?
                  C:  Sir, I apologize for the inconvenience. May I please have your luggage stub, ticket and passport, so that I can
                     trace your luggage?
                  A:  No problem.
                  C:  We are very sorry to inform you sir that your luggage was accidentally included with the next fl ight to Seoul. That
                     would take 4 hours of waiting. We are very sorry for our mistake.
                  A:  What! How did it happen? I would like to speak with the manager.
                  C:  All right sir. I will just inform him.

                    Yes. I had a horrible experience at the Indira Ghandi International Airport. I had to wait for 3 hours to get my bags. Worse, the officials were
                    rude and did not care about service.
