B: Hello, my name is Park Sung Eun. I would like to confi rm the room reservation I made two
weeks ago.
A: May I have your name and registration card?
B: Ok, here you are.
A: For a while ma’am, let me just check it. Your reservation is confi rmed Miss Park. Can you
please sign here?
B: Ok, no problem.
A: How do you prefer to pay the bill? Would it be cash or credit card?
B: Would VISA be a problem?
A: Not at all ma’am. Here is your key. Have a restful day ma’am!

Since I am a frequent visitor of Italy, I have to say that II Giglio Hotel in Montalcino is my favorite. You can find it in the heart of Italy’s best wine

country. It also has affordable services considering the great views from most of the rooms.
