                    Kim       Mr. Brown, I have some information regarding the two contract conditions you
                            wanted to know about.
                    Brown   So, you've had enough time to discuss them?
                    Kim       Yes, I've gone over the matters with staff here, about whether we could change
                            some contract terms, as you asked.
                    Brown     I do apologize if we asked for too much. However, I also hope you've brought me
                            some good news.
                    Kim       Let me begin with the wholesale pricing. Since it's our first time doing official
                            business together, we've decided to lower it by 3%, as you wanted.
                    Brown   Oh, I'm so glad to hear that. Thank you.
                    Kim       But, that change brings a request of our own. If the U.S. sales exceed the set
                            goal by 30%, then we'd like to have the profits divided on an 80/20 basis.
                    Brown     So that would be Tycon receiving 80%, and NANO receiving 20%. I believe that
                            can be agreed to. I'll contact the U.S. headquarters right away.
                    Kim       Now, as for the shipping date, we've come to the conclusion that it won't be
                            possible to move it up by 15 days.
                    Brown   Well, that's regrettable, but understandable.
                    Kim       However, judging from our current production rate, we can move it up by a week
                            for sure.
                    Brown     Oh, even a week would be good. Now we'll be certain to meet the scheduled
                            launch date for the product promotion.
                    Kim       I'm glad that's resolved, then. Please let me know if there is anything else we
                            can help with regarding the marketing.
                    Brown   Thanks very much for the offer.
                    Kim       Well, I believe we've settled everything of concern. We will rewrite the contract to
                            include these changes. And I believe we can finally sign it at our next meeting.
                    Brown     Yes, I believe so, too. I'm really looking forward to signing off on the final
                            agreement. And thank you again for everything.
