本文简单总结了最近四种气道管理的创新装置，很多这方面的研究文章会陆续发表。在维持氧化和 通气的同时，也需要进一步研究这些新设备用于肥胖患者和OSA患者的安全性，误吸风险程度，用于困 难气道的效果和相关的并发症等。未来的气道管理方向不但会适应手术室外日益增加的麻醉需求，提 高麻醉围术期和ICU临床工作者的工作质量和便捷效率，辅助困难气道插管，也会进一步减少因缺氧和 OSA造成的医疗伤害从而改善患者安全。
