3. Efforts to Overcome Unemployment

Efforts that can be made to overcome unemployment are of course by
opening up jobs, because the problem of unemployment arises because the

supply of labor is higher than the demand, so the solution is to increase the

demand for labor. The efforts that can be made are as follows:

1) Increasing Investment

Investment for the company will increase the company's capital to open new
businesses, so that employment can be carried out by the company. By

facilitating the flow of investment, it will have a broad impact. Because in
addition to absorbing labor, investment can also drive the economy and

increase economic growth.
