2) Job Training

Unemployment can arise because the labor force does not have the required

skills. Therefore, to overcome this, it is necessary to provide the training

needed by the community so that they have the skills or qualifications
needed in the company. Job training can also improve the quality of the

workforce so that they can work optimally.

3) Overseas Cooperation Program

Utilizing cooperation with other countries can be done as an effort to absorb
Indonesian labor. This cooperation can be carried out by the private sector

and the government. With such cooperation, employment opportunities for
the community are increasingly open, and the unbalanced demand for labor

in the country can be resolved.

4) Promoting MSME Businesses

Increasing public awareness to activate MSMEs is one of the efforts to

overcome unemployment. The community is fostered and given capital
assistance to open their own jobs so that the community is not only trying to

find work for themselves but can also open new business opportunities that
can help reduce unemployment and increase economic activity.
