Order:

                             1) Determination of provincial minimum wage (UMP).

                             2) Determination of district/city minimum wage (UMK) and

                                sectoral minimum wage (UMS).

                             3) Implementation of the provincial wage system.


                         In addition, Depeprov is also tasked with preparing materials to formulate the
                         development  of  a  national  wage  system.  Depeprov  cooperates  with  the

                         government,  private  institutions,  and  related  parties  deemed  necessary.  The
                         membership  of  the  Depeprov  consists  of  the  government,  employers'

                         organizations,  trade  unions/labor  unions  in  the  ratio  of  2:1:1.  Depeprov's

                         membership from universities and experts is adjusted according to need.
                             c. Wage Council District/City


                         The district/city wage council (Depekab/Depeko) is led by the regent/mayor.
                         The task of the Depekab/Depeko is to provide advice and considerations to

                         the regent/mayor in the framework of:
                              1) Proposing  district/city  minimum  wage  (UMK)  and/or  district/city

                                  sectoral minimum wage (UMSK).
                              2) Implementation of the wage system at the district/city level.


                         In  addition,  the  Depekab/Depeko  is  also  tasked  with  preparing  materials  to

                         formulate  the  development  of  a  national  wage  system.  Membership  of  the
                         Depekab/Depeko  consists  of  elements  from  the  government,  employers'

                         organizations, trade unions/labor unions, universities, and experts. Membership
                         from the government, employers' organizations, and trade unions shall be in the

                         ratio  of  2:1:1.  For  the  number  of  members  from  universities  and  experts,  the

                         composition is adjusted to the needs.
