The Staunch Test categories

The Staunch Test has three ratings – PASS, FAIL or DEBATE.

If the work in question contains no violence to women, that’s a
Staunch Test PASS

A film or television drama is a PASS if it contains no violence to women.
However, depending on the context and execution, we may discount instances
where a woman or women are injured or killed in acts of terrorism, sabotage or

war, etc, where they were not specifically the target. A pass is unlikely if they
women are mown down in a car chase, heist or gun fight.
