P. 6
continued from page 3
If tapped back will dart off and then come back and bite more. Not sure if play or aggression.
Other people he is not keen on – he will bolt off or slink away. Lets very few people close, but when they leave the house he will chase them off, swiping at their legs. He has been spotted chasing people up the street. He will growl when chasing them. He is fine when they are off the property and he rarely goes beyond the gate.
He is not timid but certain things give him a big reaction –
ignores big things but notices little things like if you move or breathe louder.
Anything new he will sniff and play and will be all over it. He comes to the vet with a harness as he hates to be in the cat box. He travels well like this and likes looking out the window. He is not scared, just curious.
Will grab and suck at a blanket.
Key themes
1 early weaning and disturbed childhood with abuse.
2 Ailments since castration
3 Ailments from vaccination.

Chasing people off property growling – territorial. Dislikes cat box – likes to travel in the car. Suckling blankets.
Reaction to small sounds.
Very strong animal kingdom vibes
Animal instincts – hunting, stalking, violence, rage, lashing out, howling, shrieking.

Bandit was not well and was in hospital with extreme
lethargy, exhaustion and shivering in spasms during sleep.
“Its like he’s been running for his life and couldn’t do any more, exhausted stiff and slow.”
Has been worse since owner went away for a few days. He is mentally dull and proprioception is slow.
His skin is still sensitive, waking from resting to lick intensely at certain spots. He still feels hot all over but no temperature. He was not eating.
Analysis; possible aggravation to the lac felinum.
Owner had also been away a few days. I spoke to the owner briefly when she was visiting and prescribed an interim remedy.
Px = Phos acid 30c single dose
Thinking along the lines of acids due to the exhaustion and with possible ailments from owner going away chose Phos acid as interim remedy
– for depression, apathy, indifference, grief , < Exertion, > short sleep).

He has 50% more energy at the most. Skin and coat are less scurfy, and he is attacking less. He is still fussy with food but eating treats consistently. He has a pot belly but no gastric symptoms.
He has no energy, indifferent if too much effort, lost his curiosity. Now watches from the sidelines. Like he wants to do things but there is nothing there (energy). Settled in one place. He still likes to know where the owner is and will follow her a little.
It’s like picking up a sleeping baby – lay with eyes open. Now seeking warm spots and will stay there some time. Trembling has gone, head bobbing only when really trying to focus on something.
